About Artcrank: Artcrank (2007–2023) was a celebrated traveling poster show that made bike culture creatively accessible through screen-printed art. Launching in Minneapolis and expanding globally, Artcrank blended grassroots design, community engagement, and affordable artistry to elevate cycling narratives and left a lasting cultural footprint on the independent art and bike scene.
My role: Partipating in art shows has always been a fun challenege to help me sharpen my skills and work on subejcts that might not organically come up in my paid gigs. In 2018 I finally got the email saying my design was chosen to be screen printed and sold at the summer show.

Giving Them A Buck
For me, all sports have always been the great equalizer. It's really the only place where you are judged on your passion and skills, not on who you are, where you came from or what you believe. Thus my idea was combining all the major sports from Minnesota (Vikings, Wild, Twins, Timberwolves, Lynx and United) and having them ride a single bike. These handmade screen printed posters were produced at CHUX Print in St. Louis Park, and utilized a two-color ink system.
